This policy outlines the procedures for filing copyright infringement notices and counter-notifications. Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad will terminate user accounts of infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad's Designated Copyright Agent.

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
  2. Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the page(s) containing the material).
  3. Provide your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad's Designated Copyright Agent via the contact methods provided on our Contact Us page.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad's Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
  • Provide your physical or electronic signature.

If a counter-notification is received by Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad's Designated Copyright Agent, Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing that person that Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at Leftover Bbq Chicken Salad's sole discretion.
